- Creation of Budgets
- Overseeing all firm banking and financial accounts
- Ensuring the proper administration and reconciliation of the firm's trust accounts
- Supervising the firm's accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing and general bookkeeping processes
- Coordination with the firm's CPA for tax planning
- Monitoring, tracking and analyzing firm data and making strategic recommendations to firm partners
- Calculating and monitoring average case values, monitoring changes and trends in the same and making strategic recommendations based upon changes
- Calculating and monitoring legal production team and practice area ROI and making strategic recommendations based upon the same
- Creating profitable compensation plans
- Financial projections, modeling and cash flow management
- Auditing accounts
- Analysis of financial records and reports
- Creating and making recommendations of short term and long term financial strategies to the firm partners
- Maintaining operations within desired profit margin
- Oversee and supervise all financial processes and systems within the firm
- Prepare client settlement statements
- Supervise administrative staff
- Implementing financial strategic plans and initiatives
- Supervisor and management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 8 Years of related experience
- Demonstrated mastery of accounting principles, internal financial controls and financial analysis
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- QuickBooks knowledge and experience
- A high level of proficiency with advanced formulas and functions of Excel
- CPA preferred but not required
- Experience in legal industry or professional services industry preferred but not required

Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:Klie Law Offices, PLLC is a growing litigation law firm that takes pride in helping clients through difficult times by providing honest and efficient service. Our areas of practice include family, employment, and personal injury. We serve clients all over the state of West Virginia and currently have offices in Buckhannon, Parkersburg, and Clarksburg. We are soon opening our fourth location in Morgantown. We strive to bring a high level of honest and ethical legal services and strive for client satisfaction.
