Job Description:
Colonial Cadillac, a leading luxury car dealership, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of service and ensuring their satisfaction with our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments
- Consult with customers about service needs and recommend necessary services
- Write service orders and accurately record customer information and vehicle data
- Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers
- Provide estimates for service repairs and work with customers to obtain approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service history
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with luxury car brands
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to use computer software and systems for scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
