    in the areas of CTQ Management, Mission Profile, P-diagram, DFMEA, FTA, Tolerancing, and participate in Robustness Assessments.

    Industrialization Quality (Preparation and Planning) – Demonstrates advanced ability to coach and advise others in PFMEA, CTP development, Process Capability, Control Plans, Problem Solving, and Pilot Run – PPAP.

    Industrialization Quality (Pre-series / Launch) – Effectively influences a cross functional team of professionals during Launch phases in the areas of Problem Solving, Process Capability Validation, Process Audit (VDA), Product Change Management, Lessons Learned, Reverse PFMEA, and Temporary Quality Walls.

    Quality Authority – Ability to be a project team's expert and authority and is capable of training others for all stop work situations, non-conformance management, customer satisfaction monitoring, and supplier performance monitoring.

    Experience – 10-15 years working in new offer creation following APQP methodologies
    Education – Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering field.
    Desired Certifications – CQE or any other ASQ certifications, Six Sigma Green/Black belt, VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.
