Job summary

We are hiring Level 1 and Level 2 Support Engineers to provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to our clients. The roles involve being the primary technical point of contact for a book of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain any IT system or service each customer employs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any IT technical issues that develop.
