Job summary
The Lead Infrastructure Services Engineer will be responsible for providing third level support for the end user Virtual Desktops. The Engineer will need to assist with the implementation of information systems that support the enterprise infrastructure.Your Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as a third level technical support Engineer for day-to-day activities, analysis, fix and is responsible for the integrity and reliability of the VDI environments.
Responsible for supporting the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and modifications. Will also participate in planning, testing, coordinating,scheduling.
Will ensure that organizational change and defined security procedures for all assigned systems are implemented in accordance with client policies and procedures.
