Hiring:
Equipment Operator/Laborer


Job Type:
Full-time


Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to protect personal health, the environment, and the public.
  • Collaborate with agronomists and other team members to develop customized treatment plans for individual fields or crops.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:


  • Ability to achieve appropriate licensing.
  • Ability to work around chemicals and obtain hazmat.
  • Must be able to work overtime hours in peak seasons (fall and spring).
  • Able to maintain Class A CDL with financial assistance from company.

Pay:
$59, $65,500.00 per year
