Overview
The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing is responsible for assisting the Integrated Marketing Team with the day-to-day activities required to bring key brand moments to life. Responsible for supporting the team with a variety of tasks, the Coordinator will be exposed to many areas of the Integrated Marketing function, including but not limited to: licensor relations, visual merchandising, strategy development and campaign planning and execution. Comfortable working independently on smaller projects, while also working broadly across functions to support high visibility Marketing campaigns, the Coordinator, Integrated Marketing will assist in the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, development of thoughtful creative briefs, trafficking assets through our project management tool, gathering inputs and asset needs from our channel partners, engaging and interacting with our key licensing partners, and supporting ad hoc visual merchandising needs for the organization. They can align to the vision but more importantly, understand how to get the work done. This role will report directly to Funko's Director of Integrated Marketing. What You'll Do

Assist the Integrated Marketing team with the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaign look backs and post-mortem analysis to capture learnings and insights
Manage timelines, deliverables and deadlines for high visibility projects
Engage with key licensor partners to ensure needs are being met with marketing support, sample delivery, etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of Funko's visual merchandising strategy for strategic wholesale accounts.
Assist in establishing visual merchandising presentations, standards and best practices to ensure that visual merchandising assets are being brought to life in an elevated way across wholesale accounts.
Partner with the Funko sales team to develop appropriate seasonal creative needs per account
Research current industry trends and remain up to date on visual design and marketing trends
Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring

1-3 years of Marketing and Visual Merchandising experience
General understanding of Marketing and Visual Merchandising best practices
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members and global marketing partners
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Desire to remain up to date on Marketing and Visual Merchandising trends and best practices.
Excellent people skills to effectively collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Salary Information The base salary range for this position is $24.23 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
