    Description

    Program Assistant

    Jacksonville, FL

    Join a non-profit organization that has served the Jacksonville community for almost 60 years. In this role you will work with a team that's driven by the company's mission and you will leave fulfilled each day knowing you have helped make a difference. As the Program Assistant you will serve as a first contact for grant seekers, perform administrative activities, and provide grant management support.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain grant files and other documentation for program department
    • Serve as initial contact for department
    • Conduct research and prepare reports and documents, accurately and in a timely manner using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other software
    • Coordinate meetings for the Program & Initiatives Committee and other groups as requested

    Requirements

    • 3 years of experience in a professional office setting
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to providing high quality service to donors, volunteers, grantees, and colleagues
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience using and maintaining a database; ability to learn and utilize Salesforce
    • Bachelor's degree

    Compensation & Benefits
