We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Agent Assistant. As an Agent Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our agents and assist with various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Scheduling work for talent and managing bookings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Managing payroll/tax documents for our talent and getting them to the appropriate buyers
- Sending contracts through DocuSign for signatures
- Editing MP3's and sending out auditions
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Organized, Selfstarter, follow skills a must

$ $22.00 per hour
