- Reviewing medication orders for accuracy and ensuring drug safety.
- Covering various pharmacy areas, including inpatient, outpatient, IV admixtures, and chemotherapy.
- Participating in drug utilization evaluations, quality assurance, clinical interventions, and interdisciplinary rounds.
- Providing drug counseling to patients and delivering drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Supervising pharmacy technicians and students to ensure the quality of their work.
- Staying up to date with pharmacy practices and continuing education requirements.
- Complying with all accreditations, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Performing duties in line with Soliant Health and facility values, policies, and procedures.
- At least 3 years of inpatient/outpatient/specialty pharmacy experience.
- IV experience.
