- Gathering customer and partner feature requests and feedback, and influencing product direction and OCI services' evolution.
- Driving rapid customer and partner adoption of new products and platforms by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams to anticipate customer needs.
- Leading the strategy and the execution plan for the new innovative platforms adoption with a strong focus on customer excellence.
- Working closely with engineering teams translating business requirements into technical requirements to help shape the future roadmap of OCI services.
- Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
- Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer and partner adoption on the cloud platform.
- Driving lighthouse wins while developing and implementing scalable adoption programs, and identifying repeatable solutions to solve customers' challenges and help the broader field organization.
- Developing a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions authorities for a significant set of customers and circumstances
- Be the voice of customers and partners with Oracle's various cloud engineering teams.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in an IT platform environment working with large Enterprises.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will help lead execution behind the development of OCI new features and platforms. You should be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. A strong technical background is required to produce concrete outcomes and work closely with engineering to grow and extend the platform.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in this area of specialization.
