    Front End Supervisor

    FULL-TIME

    $16.50/hr

    Supervises Cashiers, Front-End Loaders, Checkers andU-Boat Retrieval.

    EssentialFunctions:
    Supervises, trains and evaluates cashiers,front-end loaders, checkers and U-boat retrieval.
    Ensuresfriendly, efficient and professional customer service.
    Ensures compliance with established sales and security policies andprocedures.
    Investigates and resolves customer complaintsin a timely and professional manner.
    Assists customerswith product location and detailed information whenneeded.
    Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunchand vacation.
    Performs cashier "check-outs" and operatesregister, when needed.
    Performs Supervisor functions ofvoids and returns, price adjustments, IOUs (F-6) vs. invoicing andcancels transactions.
    Assists checkers in comparingcustomer receipts to items on cart to avoid losses.
    Efficiently uses industry specific software to resolve customerinquiries, price checks, inventory queries and pricediscrepancies.

    MSP-04 WS-04 WS-TC Schedule

    Shift start:6:30AM or 9:00AM or 10:00AM
    Shift length: 9 hours
    5 days/week, must be available any day

    • Can lift 50 lbs
    • Must be at least 18+years old
    High School Diploma of GED with atleast 4 years experience in customer service or related field, ORAny appropriate combination of education and experience. ComputerLiteracy
