Kitchen Associate
Reports to:
Kitchen Supervisor + Kitchen Manager
As a kitchen associate, you are an integral part of the Imperia Caviar team.
You are the heart of the operation, ensuring that our orders arrive to our customers in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Pack caviar to prepare for daily orders
- Follow and maintain food safety procedures and regulations
- Receive new caviar shipments and organize in fridges according to procedure
- Prepare boxes/shipping kits as needed for the day's orders
- Pick newly received orders to prepare for shipping
- Support customer and kiosk deliveries
- Prepare and ship orders to be picked up for the day
- Support with stock keeping and endofmonth inventories as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of storage and workspaces
- Support management with any miscellaneous tasks and projects that arise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler's certification

$ $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
