- Collaborate with project/team managers and business sponsors to define scope, vision, and business objectives
- Conduct interviews to gather user requirements, use cases, and scenarios
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness and consistency
- Prioritize collected requirements with stakeholders and project teams
- Develop prototypes based on user requirements where applicable
- Translate user requirements into clear functional specifications
- Create process models, specifications, and diagrams
- Review existing applications and documentation
- Perform analysis of existing applications and assess the impact of changes
- Coordinate and conduct thorough tests for modified and new systems
- Provide training to end users on new systems
- Assist technical team in resolving system-related issues
- Coordinate testing, validate performance, and provide support
- IS related bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of IT business work experience
- Experience in business and technical requirements analysis on medium to large projects
- Ability to create clear requirements specifications
- Identify best practices and provide technical support throughout SDLC
- Analyze problems in business meetings and suggest solutions
- Research, analyze impact, and propose solutions for complex problems
- Develop technical design specifications, diagrams, and architecture documents
- Knowledge of software engineering and solution architecture
- Ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
