    Lab Technician II - Construction

    Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is seeking an experienced Lab Technician II to join the Building & Construction team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.

    How you'll make an impact at Intertek:
    • Conduct a variety of testing and observations under supervision
    • Operate testing equipment and perform laboratory tests on construction materials
    • Work with drawings, specifications, and diagrams
    • Make detailed observations and report results
    • Maintain documentation of test results
    • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams
    What it takes to be successful in this role:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years of geotechnical lab experience
    • ACI Strength or ATTI certification preferred
    • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Basic math, calculator, and computer skills
    • Ability to read and understand work plans
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
    • Receive detailed information through oral communication
    • Ability to work in various weather conditions
    • Ability to work off shift and overtime
