Hyde Park Ventures, a proud Five Guys franchisee, is seeking a passionate and energetic Shift Manager to join our growing team in Saugus, MA.


About the Role:


  • Lead highenergy shifts and ensure smooth operations
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and fun work environment
  • Uphold Five Guys' high standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest service
  • Oversee daily tasks like inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling
  • Contribute to the success of the business by monitoring costs and sales

We're looking for someone who:


  • Has 12 years of restaurant management experience
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys working hard while having fun
  • Possesses strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Is a team player with a dedication to guest satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform other essential physical tasks

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive salary
  • Tips: $2.00 per hour
  • Health insurance: $4,000 annually
  • Vision & Dental insurance: $400 annually
  • Fulltime hours with flexible scheduling
  • Reliable transportation required
