    What You Will Do

    • All Lowe's associates focus on providing top-notch customer service while keeping the store clean, safe, and well-stocked.

    As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, your responsibilities include:

    • Assisting customers by answering questions in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Retrieving, loading, and restocking merchandise.
    • Safely moving merchandise for customers and team members.

    The Customer Service Associate/Loader helps customers by loading items into their vehicles and replenishing shelves for the next visitors, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Safety is key as this associate handles lifting and relocating products frequently during their shift.

    Travel Requirements:

    This position typically does not involve regular travel, but occasional travels may be necessary for meetings, trainings, or to support nearby stores.

    What We're Looking For

    • Hourly Full Time or Part Time roles available. Full-timers generally work 39 to 40 hours per week, while part-timers work up to 25 hours weekly; additional hours may be needed based on store demands.

    Requirements include:

    • Availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
    • Physical capability to stand, sit, and perform various job-related activities.
    • Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted, possibly more with help.

    What You Need To Succeed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 6 months of computer experience, including inputting and accessing information.
    • 6 months of familiarity with retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
    • Willingness to acquire necessary sales-related licensure if mandated by law.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 6 months of retail experience.
    • Experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
    • Previous work at any department in a Lowe's store.
    • Background in retail merchandising, including various tasks like stocking, pricing, and maintaining product displays.
    • Experience in inspecting, carrying, and loading/unloading products in vehicles from any industry.
