- Develop, implement, and manage policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to
- Direct and oversee recruiting and hiring across all business units within The Company.
- Maintain knowledge of human resource trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws,
- Provide oversight and guidance to organizational leadership/management on handling,
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation,
- Oversee payroll management through ADP.
- Oversee management of PTO balances.
- Oversee management of the new employee onboarding process.
- Oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Establish human resource metrics and conduct routine reporting to executive management.
- Develop and implement department budget.
- Manage direct reports.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for Human Resource
- Establish and monitor objective annual goals for direct reports.
- Conduct direct report performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as
- Attend/participate in offsite business meetings/conferences.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
