    Description

    LHH is working with a client to hire an Account Manager for a firm who works extensively with government contracts in Manassas, VA. This role oversees client maintenance, communications and keeping track of extensive data on behalf of the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Salesforce, Data Collection entry and Management. Entering large amounts of data details effectively into Salesforce and ensuring accuracy and all sections complete before passing on to other teams.
    • Managing the flow of incoming client requests, inquiries and emails as well as actively reviewing opportunities on government marketplace sites.
    • Using proposal/bid templates with small adjustments to fit specific requests. Writing rarely from scratch, more technical editing to ensure required elements are satisfied (proper course types are bid, correct fonts are used, grammar is checked, etc.)
    • Client Relationship management; maintaining and developing existing relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
    • Managing the Business Development specialist as well as coaching and aiding them in their career growth

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field
    • Salesforce or Data collection/ entry management experience
    • Detail oriented
    • 5-7 years prior work experience
