Job Description:
Experience with Salesforce\'s Datacloudofferings or similar products (Databricks), such as Customer 360 Audiences,Data Manager, and Identity Resolution, to enhance data management, enrichment,and activationacross the customer journey.
Knowledge of Salesforce\'s Client 360features, including Customer 360 Data Manager, Customer 360 Identity, andCustomer 360 Privacy Center, to enable a unified view of customer data, ensuredata quality, and maintain compliance with privacy regulations.
Ability to leverage Salesforce\'s Datacloudand Client 360 capabilities to drive personalized experiences, improve customerinsights, and optimize business processes for clients and internal serviceassociates.
Experience integrating Slack withSalesforce to streamline communication, collaboration, and workflows, enablingteams to work more efficiently and effectively within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Summary of Key Skills/Attributes:
1Salesforce expertise: Deep knowledge andhands-on experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, particularly Service Cloud,Datacloud, and Client 360 features. The ideal candidate should be well-versedin Salesforce product strategy, development, design, and rollout, with a focuson user experience.
2AI and emerging technology proficiency:Experience delivering A.I.-powered solutions for customer service and/or salesat an enterprise scale. The candidate should be familiar with the emerginggenerative AI landscape and have a vision for harnessing these technologies tobuild impactful solutions for clients and internal service associates.
3Communication and leadership skills: Theability to break down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences,clearly explain ideas, create compelling arguments, and deliver visual andverbal information for maximum impact. The candidate should inspire teams witha clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraginginnovation and exploration.
4Data-driven decision making: The candidateshould understand the balance between experimentation and execution whileleveraging data to drive decision making in both domains. They should be ableto utilize Salesforce\'s Datacloud and Client 360 capabilities to drivepersonalized experiences, improve customer insights, and optimize businessprocesses for clients and internal service associates.
