Description

As a House Cleaner and Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a few rotating residential properties in Brooklyn and cooking a few days out of the week.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Launder and change bed linens
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or requests
• Cooking skills necessary
