Who You Are:

Our Outside Sales team is responsible for developing strong relationships to ensure customer success by formulating solutions.

They identify, acquire, and maintain accounts, with the goal of long-term profitable growth through customer satisfaction, product/pricing alignment, and strategic alliances.


You must also be:

Requirements:


What You'll Do:


  • Keep a healthy pipeline and exceed personal sales goals
  • Develop deep personal expertise and understanding of Dykman solutions
  • Hunt for new business opportunities within our core offerings and territory
  • Network with existing accounts to provide continuous service and solutions
  • Prepare and submit quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders in Sage 100 ERP
  • Optimize, prepare and pitch the best product offerings based on customer needs, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate and schedule customer trainings, road shows, and/or " lunch and learn" engagements
  • Create and maintain customer relationships to solve problems and gain sales
  • Partner with vendors to provide product knowledge for customers
  • Calculate product pricing and negotiate with customers
No previous experience is required for this position but relevant experience is a plus.
