Join our team in Greensboro and be a part of shaping the future As a member of the People & Culture (P&C) division at C&A, you will play a crucial role in our corporate Human Resources function.

Within this division, our Services & Systems department is responsible for standardizing and continuously improving administrative HR processes and systems across Europe.

We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Services & Systems team in Greensboro. In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing and improving all types of HR documents.

This includes creating templates and implementing software solutions to support the creation and filing of HR documents in day-to-day operations.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside other working students and experienced team members.

Your main responsibilities will include cleaning up and standardizing existing HR document templates across C&A Europe, as well as creating new templates that can be integrated into our HR system for document generation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for testing the functionality of these templates.
