Your responsibilities:

Establishing the capital investment strategy for the TRUMPF Group in coordination with the investment committee
Managing shortterm, mediumterm, and longterm liquidity investments
Reporting and monitoring of capital investments
Acting as a point of contact for capital investment matters for subsidiary companies
Serving as a liaison for capital investment matters related to company pension plans for internal stakeholders (e.g. management and HR) and external service providers (trustees, asset managers, etc.)
Organizing and moderating investment committees with the executive board and external asset managers
Supporting and managing external financing (money market transactions, Schuldscheindarlehen, and syndicated loans)

What we are looking for:

Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration, ideally with a focus on banking and finance
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in capital investment and/or financing in the corporate treasury of an industrial or commercial company, bank, or insurance company
Excellent knowledge of MS
