We are looking for a
Program Manager/
Engineering Operations Director, to work for one of our clients, an aerospace and industrial manufacturer, located in Suffolk County, NY.

This is a permanent, full-time job.


In this role you will be responsible for supervising production and quality teams and ensuring smooth coordination between Engineering, Production & Quality teams and suppliers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Works with the business development and sales team to generate and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Represents Production in crossfunctional product creation teams.
  • Being a key decision maker in relevant interactions with customers, suppliers and key industry resources.
  • Ensures that financial and operational targets are met, including the cost of quality of manufacturing.
  • Deploys the strategy, policies and financial metrics throughout the department.
  • Maintains and continuously improves the people, processes and tools required for a worldclass Production facility.
  • Contributes to developing and deploying the company business strategy and policies.

Pay:
$110, $150,000.00 per year
