Responsibilities

Our technicians handle various installation and troubleshooting tasks for fiber optic broadband equipment and services. They are responsible for installations, repairs, splicing, and integrations within existing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities of our fiber technicians include

• Installing, splicing, repairing, and terminating fiber-optic cables in indoor and outdoor environments
• Maintaining detailed records of work activities and network configurations
• Demonstrating ethical conduct, initiative, and responsibility in all tasks
• Ensuring top-quality service delivery for superior customer satisfaction
