    Description

    Description:
    • Main responsibility is repairing all electrical machinery and systems but may have to help on the mechanical side as needed Maintenance candidates will be responsible for completing and documenting all preventative maintenance on the manufacturing equipment They will also be assisting with special projects such as installations or equipment retrofits.
    -Will be working on tooling, casting machines, casting molds, injection molding machines-480v 3 phase power troubleshooting-PLC troubleshooting (They have Allen Bradley)-Robotics troubleshooting-Will work with 1 other technician and 1 lead on shift-Will be troubleshooting equipment as needed-Will be working on repairing robots as needed-Responsible for helping train newer maintenance technicians as needed-Tear downs, rebuilds, repairs and installation of machinery-Follow all safety protocols and procedures
    Additional Skills & Qualifications:-Must have at least 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience-Must have 480v-Must have single phase and 3-phase-Must PLC troubleshooting (troubleshooting, basic modifications)-Must be willing to be forklift and scissor lift certified-Must have own basic hand tools
