A polite human being with a servant leadership mindset, who believes in team work by initiating and guiding the team to the goals, who doesn't afraid to manage the critical situation with a stable mind, who is honest and transparent in the financial matters, who can adapt the company culture and implement to the fellow team members.
- Management experience in the restaurant is preferable but willing to adapt the company culture which promotes politeness, integrity, hardwork and honesty.
- financial literacy to manage high volume quick service restaurant
- clear management concept about food cost, payroll, inventory, waste elimination, profit and loss distribution
- ability to work a flexible schedule of evenings, weekends and holidays
