Project Manager / Project Engineer / Construction Manager (m/f/d) for SHK / HKLS / TGA at Braunschweig with Thomas Mehner Haustechnik GmbH, starting immediately, full-time, and permanent.

Your responsibilities include:

Competently managing our construction projects in the technical building equipment sector for public, commercial, and private clients, as well as in customer service.

This also includes taking care of material procurement, installation and personnel planning, and providing expertise in areas such as measurement creation, acceptance, change management, and invoicing.

As you oversee your construction project on-site and support our customers with advice and assistance, you can look forward to a lot of variety.

With clear instructions and a good sense of tact, you coordinate our installation and construction teams as well as subcontractors.


Your profile:
Completed training in the field of supply technology. Technician or master's degree (m/f/d) or a degree in supply technology (e.g. sanitary, heating, air conditioning, systems or building technology, facility management, etc.) is also welcome. Experience in project and construction management is desired
