Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis Account Manager position is a highly collaborative, detail oriented, customer focused role. This individual will be responsible for developing a growing segment of business with a key customer account.

This includes providing project leadership for this customer both externally and internally across departments and driving value and on time performance with corrugated display initiatives.

This position is a customer facing role and must have a strong focus on overall customer satisfaction.

Additional duties include coordinating with the graphics and design teams on overall structural design needs and providing end to end support for project execution as a means of driving ongoing value to the client.

Developing relationships with suppliers to understand customer objectives and provide solutions is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand all display packaging requirements for the customerPartner with graphics and design team to provide innovative solutions and value to the customerManage deliverables ensuring accurate adherence to the customer's critical path scheduleProvide end to end support for program execution in partnership with Project ManagementDrive adherence to Quality and facilitate quick resolution of complaintsProvide on-site support as needed with the customerWork directly with external supply partners on design solutions as necessaryRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred inside sales experience or interaction with customersExcellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communicationsAbility to multi-task with superior time management skills and adherence to deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel to client and internal offices as neededLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as sales reports, operating instructions, and training and procedure manuals.

Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate clearly and effectively.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages, and volume.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSEmployee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear, stand, and sit.

Vision requirements include:
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
In addition, the employee frequently drives to and from customers and prospects and may experience hazardous driving conditions.
