ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities***- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the department, including planning and management of internal/external personnel capacities while ensuring quality requirements

Ensuring the development of components and functions for all cockpit, mounting carrier & dashboard components in the interior for all vehicle models
Development and series release responsibility for the developed scope of interior climate control
Planning, management, and ensuring adherence to all deadlines in the responsible area
Budget planning, tracking, and ensuring budget compliance

**Requirements

RequirementsRequirements***- Successfully completed STEM degree or equivalent

Extensive professional experience (usually 7 years)
Experience in professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees
Ideally, indepth knowledge of manufacturing techniques for plastics and metals, joining techniques in these material groups, and design of restraint systems
Excellent leadership skills, especially in integration, communication, and management
Very good English skills
