Guiding Principles
Office of Employee and Business Services
The Office of Employee and Business Services (OEBS) manages the agency's administrative services, including human resources, facility operations and organizational development. OEBS and its component bureaus support the primary goal of the ODJFS by providing continuous, accurate and timely administrative services to the program areas within the department. OEBS's customers include all ODJFS employees, clients, service providers, county agencies, and the public.

Must be adept with –
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This is currently a hybrid position, allowing some remote work. Daily schedule, upon mutual agreement/operational need, can be altered to 8 hours w/half hour lunch during state hours.
Travel: Travel required, as needed. Must provide own transportation or, in order to operate a state vehicle, you must have a valid driver's license.
PN(s): This position is unclassified per ORC A)(9) and is deemed overtime exempt).
