    Outside Sales Representative

    REMOTE - Must reside in Ohio

    Base Salary: $45-$65K + uncapped commission, company car, mileage, daily per diem, and benefits

    The Opportunity

    The Sales Representative will focus on seeking new account opportunities, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and boosting sales revenue by securing contracts and labor projects. As the Sales Representative, you will:

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Administration to meet company objectives, specifically driving sales revenue growth by enhancing service contract coverage, leading to increased sales to aligned accounts.
    • Identify potential service opportunities with non-aligned accounts and hold meetings to secure future business.
    • Engage with OR staff and Purchasing teams to identify sales and buyback possibilities for equipment.
    • Conduct post-installation "in-service" sessions for OR staff as required.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a customer advocate in resolving field support issues.
    • Travel when necessary.
    • Promote best practices to enhance customer satisfaction among the client base.
    • Provide 24/7 after-hours support for the product lines being serviced.
    • Demonstrate expertise in systems and products.
    • Nurture and build relationships with customer accounts.
    • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
    • Show strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • Have a proactive attitude and thrive in a team environment.
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities like new contracts, renewals, and system sales.
    • Work with the sales team to support company strategy.
    • Enhance customer loyalty through exemplary responsiveness and sales delivery.

    Your Background:

    • High School Diploma.
    • 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device sector.
    • Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
    • Preferably, familiarity with medical equipment.
