Gillette is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a trainee retail salesperson (m/f/d).

As a trainee retail salesperson (m/f/d) at Takko Fashion, you won't just be stocking shelves or making coffee.

On the contrary, you will be an integral part of the team and will be closely involved with our customers.

You will learn everything there is to know about the textile retail industry in a live and direct setting.


Your tasks will include:

  • The practical part of your training will take place in one of our Takko Fashion stores. At the beginning of your training, you will learn about the daytoday operations of retail, from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as customer service and how to interact with customers.
  • The theoretical part of your 3year training will be taught at a local vocational school.
  • You will have the opportunity to take on some departmental responsibilities during your training.
  • In your third year, you will be prepared for more responsible tasks. You will gain intensive insights
