- Provide vital operational support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Address driver and customer needs promptly via phone and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Business/Logistics is preferred with 2+ years in transportation.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
