Job Description Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage logístical or other required tasks for assigned meetings, training programs, technical assistance services and projects in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee and ensure that assigned activities are completed in an efficient and effective way from concept to analysis including identifying emerging trends and providing recommendations on content revisions, instructor feedback and evaluation data to program management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop, maintain, and update program materials.
  • Maintain event calendars, schedules, ensure adherence to budget thresholds, negotiate necessary vendor contracts, and produce and distribute required documentation.
  • Manage input of web edits, database updates and surveys for assigned events or projects.
  • Develop communications and promotional materials to showcase NCJTC activities as directed by program management staff. These may include printbased, webbased, and other media.
  • Provide project statistical and/or performance data for federal and/or state reporting purposes.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Use project databases, tools, technology platforms, management systems, reports, and other processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient operation and foster teamwork to accomplish project goals.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary for effective operational administration supporting the best interest of NCJTC.

SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as back up to other program staff as needed.
  • Serves as CRM inbound point of customer contact in the absence of the program coordinator.
  • Organizes RFP process, negotiates space and logistics with host agencies hotels and training facilities.
  • Assists with arranging and tracking the utilization of instructors (associates) and providing support and assistance to participants and host agencies or training facility personnel.
  • Conducts customers outreach, and followup as needed related to web inquiries for contract training requests and CRM activities.
  • Develops and coordinates program evaluations.
  • Promotes NCJTC at conferences and other events as assigned Contributes to ongoing contracting team goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience, PLUS
  • Minimum of oneyear relevant occupational experience, OR
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
  • Experience with the delivery of inperson and online training or events preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Superior customer service attitude in working with the public and others.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and with frequent timesensitive demands, utilizing excellent time management and planning skills.

Additional Information

Pay:
$52, $78,400.00 per year.

Pay is based on a multitude of factors, including experience, qualifications, education, relevant certifications, internal equity, and market data

Internal applicants' wages will be based on the applicable compensation structure.
