- Programming 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC Lathes (live tooling).
- Fixture and tool design.
- Create and define the manufacturing process.
- Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets and "shop floor" inspection methodology.
- Trouble shoot and assist set-up personnel of complex prototype and production parts.
- 5 years min experience CNC programming.
- 5 years min experience using the latest revision of Cad Cam programing software (NX preferred).
- 5 years min experience CNC machining for complex parts.
- Excellent blueprint reading skill & thorough understanding of GD&T.
- Experienced with metrology tools % processes for part inspection.
- Experience G code programming at the machine control.
- Good communication skills, math skills and attention to detail.
- Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible.
- Reliable and dependable.
