- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business and meet sales targets

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market to identify new business opportunities
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
