We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.

The Office Manager will have strong Bookkeeping skills and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal partners regarding payment and billing inquiries
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supply orders
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
  • Manage the administration of Human Resource obligations
  • Oversee phone systems, office machines and equipment, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Keep partners informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Manage schedules and appointments for staff members
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Officer Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and planning skills (both long & shortterm), with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work along with critical thinking skills

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
