YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of dishes, soups, and sauces
  • Processing of meat and offal, game, and poultry
  • Preparation of vegetarian menus, production of desserts
  • Plating cold and hot dishes
  • Artful arrangement of dishes
  • Development of menus and menu suggestions
  • Planning and organizing necessary purchases and preparation of respective food items

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed training as a cook (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Experience in the gastronomy industry
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Reliability, structured and motivated work style
