Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences.
- Answer questions about various smoking accessories, products, and their uses.
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel valued and respected.
Product Knowledge and Inventory Management:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products available in the shop, including tobacco, cigars, pipes, vaporizers, and related accessories.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
Cash Handling and Register Operations:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or pointofsale system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- Maintain cash register cleanliness and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Store Maintenance and Cleanliness:
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Dust and tidy shelves, displays, and product areas regularly.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale of tobacco and smokingrelated products.
- Verify customers' age and identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and ensure shop policies are updated accordingly.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Take the initiative to expand your product knowledge and improve sales skills through training and selfstudy.
