Overview:

Protex Solutions is a growing engineering/manufacturing company located in Escondido. We produce high-end custom foam inserts for the aerospace, Industrial Tooling, and Consumer markets.

We are interviewing for a new position in the Admin/Operations department.

This position will work directly with our Operations Manager and includes the following duties:

  • Order Processing
  • Invoicing new orders
  • Prepare internal documents for production and shipping
  • Provide tracking information to customers
  • Check and track inventory levels


Because this position works directly with other departments and directly with customers, applicant must have good organizational skills and professional communication skills.

Experience with Excel and Quickbooks is required.

Training will be provided

Starting compensation:
per hour based on experience.

Medical Insurance and 401K benefits are offered.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
