V. is a non-profit organization within the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband.

Our mission is to promote and support the equal and self-determined participation of people with disabilities in society, as well as the coexistence of people with and without disabilities.

As part of this mission, our organization offers a variety of inclusion services in the areas of education, employment, and leisure.


We are currently seeking pedagogical professionals (with a completed Bachelor's degree, pedagogical training, or similar)
and support staff (with previous experience in the pedagogical field)
for our inclusion support program in a primary school in Cologne, using a pool model.
In the pool structure, the focus is no longer on individual support for one specific child.

Instead, in cases of need or illness, the staff will support multiple students at the same time (including across different classes).

The main goal is to promote independence in the children and only provide support when necessary. The staff will work as a team at the school and can cover for each other when needed. A coordination specialist will be available on site as the team leader and direct contact person.

The positions can range from one to five days per week (and can be divided or combined accordingly). The employment can be part-time, as a working student, or as a mini-job. We offer a monthly salary (even during illness or school holidays). We value
