- The main job function will be spent on answering a high volume of customer calls, which will need to be addressed innovatively, with individualized solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction.

- 7:45am-1pm OR 12pm-5 (open to both/either)
- Full time hours(when available): 7:30 to 3pm and 10am to 5pm *employees work both shifts as needed*

- Must be very proficient in computer navigation, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the
