We are currently seeking a HR Controller (m/f/d) to join our HR team at our headquarters in Rottendorf (near Würzburg) on a full-time basis (37.5 hours/week).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Preparation of company-wide personnel cost planning documents and regular forecasts with a focus on personnel cost development
Preparation of regular and comprehensive HR reports and analyses for management
Development and implementation of HR controlling processes and tools
Collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Participation in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve processes and procedures
Support in budget planning and monitoring of HR expenses
Monitoring and analysis of key HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaboration with HR team to ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures
