The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager with executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.

They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
Must be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.
Working outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year in a property maintenance position
Customer service experience preferred
