Job Summary

Wanted:
Hard working person, 5 days a week Monday-Friday. Route delivery work, Good driving record a must. Some mechanical skills helpful. Good pay, profit sharing. Must be looking for a future with us.


The Requirements
To meet the basic qualifications for this role you will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude; experience and/or training in mechanical repair is a plus; experience with appliance repair would be ideal

In addition, to be a good fit for the Route Delivery Driver opportunity, you also should have:

• The ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver heavy equipment
• PC literacy; experience with a smartphone or similar device is preferred

Just as important as your experience and skills will be the following characteristics and competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to prioritize your schedule and work on multiple projects while still meeting deadlines
• The ability to achieve goals independently

You also must pass pre-employment checks, which include background as well as drug tests (we test according to national corporate standards).

The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, as a Route Delivery Driver:


Description:

• Responsible for the loading the truck on a daily basis while following all truck safety procedures
• Responsible for filling the vendors up to par and keeping accurate records in the handheld
• Report sales, waste, customers concerns/complaints and/or machine malfunctions on a daily basis
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a wellgroomed, neat appearance
• Service the vending machines as specified by daily schedules
• Fuel vehicle as necessary
• Complete daily vehicle inspection reports
• Report necessary maintenance or repairs on vehicle to Managers in a timely manner
• Maintain and upkeep cleanliness of vehicle and vendors
• Perform all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, road signs, and company safety policies and procedures
• Report moving violations that are received on or off duty to your Manager immediately
• Perform opening and closing side work as needed
• Perform other duties as directed by a Manager
