    **Job Title:**

    **Warehouse Returns Manager**

    **Job Overview:**

    The Warehouse Returns Manager is responsible for ensuring their department is operating in a smooth and efficient manner. They will make sure all safety compliance procedures and practices are being followed. In addition, The Returns Manager monitors various reports to verify that returns are processed on time and customer complaints are kept to a minimum.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to employees within their department

    Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain effective internal control over the physical product flow

    Ensure proper staffing and monitor employee time and attendance

    Create reports for management

    Establish performance goals for direct reports and assess progress on a regular basis

    **Additional Responsibilities:**

    As assigned by director

    **Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

    Knowledge of large-scale retail warehouse operations

    Ability to manage, lead, coach, and motivate staff

    Proficient computer skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities

    **Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:**

    1 3 years of management experience

    Warehouse experience

    **Physical Environment/Occupational Risks**

    Warehouse environment
