    Description

    We are looking for a skilled and committed MRI Technologist to join a healthcare team in the calm and beautiful region of Northern Vermont. Being an MRI Technologist means you'll operate MRI equipment to generate top-notch images of patients' internal organs and tissues.

    About the Role:

    • Performing MRI scans on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
    • Ensuring patient safety and comfort during the imaging process.
    • Positioning patients accurately and giving clear instructions for obtaining the necessary images.
    • Adapting imaging parameters for optimal image quality.
    • Monitoring patients throughout scans and addressing any adverse reactions.
    • Assessing image quality and clarity, and recognizing the need for re-scans when necessary.
    • Keeping precise patient records and documentation.
    • Working closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate scan results.
    • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
    • Conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control checks.
    Required Skills:
    • Current ARRT registration as an MRI Technologist.
    • Deep knowledge of MRI imaging techniques, protocols, and procedures, with proficiency in operating advanced MRI equipment.
    • Essential interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
    • Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
