Due to the high demand for real estate, we are looking for a Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of building construction in Walton, KY.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of construction projects and project documentation
  • Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
  • Time, quality, and cost management of construction projects
  • Coordination of subcontractors during construction and warranty period
  • Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Support of clients during construction and warranty period

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical education in construction (e.g. degree)
  • First professional experience in construction and project management
  • Team spirit, structured and independent work style
  • Confident demeanor and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
